Dean Warburton set Extra Men Ltd up in 2019 and has seen significant year on year growth in that time hence why he now sees this as the perfect time to add franchisees to create a national footprint as Extra Men Ltd have requirements that are not currently being followed up on so missing out on potential income and business growth into other regions. Dean Warburton set Extra Men Ltd up having previously worked for many national recruitment agencies and felt that the service offered by the majority could be improved and that the way in which the candidates were treated was unfair and showed a lack of respect from many of the recruitment consultants when dealing with the candidates on a daily basis and so set up the business to be open, fair and transparent making sure that everyone that worked with Extra Men Ltd felt valued.

Julie Neale joined Extra Men Ltd in 2020 and continued to work with the same approach and Extra Men Ltd have now developed the Midlands area opening many national contracts giving any new franchisee valuable contracts that will mean business is available as soon as you open in your chosen area which would otherwise be unavailable.

Extra Men Ltd are based in Tamworth, Dean Warburton is the managing Director and founder of Extra Men Ltd, Julie Neale is the Operations Director and the rest of the Extra Men Ltd team all do a fantastic job in looking after both clients and candidates, doing whatever it takes to make things happen as the team understand that all Extra Men Ltd candidates are the life blood of the business and that we all have to respect and treat everyone fairly going above and beyond expectations for all Extra Men Ltd candidates and clients, within the Management team they have over 40 years of combined experience in recruitment specialising in logistics recruitment.
