Imperial Claims are an independent insurance claims management company with substantial experience in dealing with insurance claims for both business clients and residential individuals. We help clients who have suffered from the insurance covered perils relating to building and/or contents: fire; flood; storm damage; theft; loss; impact damage; contents; business interruption and so forth. Additionally, if a client has had a claim refused within the last 6 years we can review cases and provide an appeals service in such cases. Commonly, we are known as Loss Assessors.

We have been negotiating claims settlements with insurers on behalf of our clients for many years. A combination of more complicated policy wording & the pressure to reduce claim ratios by more explicit use of repudiation or negotiated settlements is increasing the complexity of making a claim. We work tirelessly on behalf of our clients to ensure that the insurance claim is paid out as quickly as possible and that our clients receive the full amount they deserve – on average our clients achieve a substantially higher settlement than they would have without our help.
